The Team

Josh Cutler Founder and CEO

Josh has been writing software since junior high, when he realized that he could make computers do what he told them to do.  He has parlayed his passion for programming into a multi-faceted career where has worked for big companies (Microsoft, IBM) and startups (WorkSimple, Zistle) in roles ranging from software architect to UX designer to researcher.

While at Microsoft, Josh worked on Windows Vista, the Bing.com search engine and a variety of projects in Live Labs including the now defunct thumbtack application where he developed world class UI development skills.  Since then he has been working on a variety of web projects including Zistle and WorkSimple where he has architected the entire web stack in both PHP and Ruby on Rails.  He is currently serving as the CTO of ROBOblaster.

Ashley Cutler Founder / Branding and Product Strategist

Ashley brings a multi-disciplinary background to Code Presence including experience in marketing, branding, UX design and project management. Having worked at companies large and small, her passion is bringing a critical eye to the process of building applications and a creative approach to positioning those applications through social media and traditional marketing strategies.
